We also were new in the business long ago. We share the drive that new designers/ entrepreneurs have and want to be mentors to our fellow colleagues.

The Design Process (web)

This is the typical process that we use for designing a new website. Custom built apps or mobile apps follow a similar outline, but due to the confidentiality of those projects, we do not disclose our process except to the client.

Discounts! Everyone loves discounts!!

We provide discounts on all services dueing the intial design phase and the quote is proposed to by the client. The discount is then written into the contract.

Our typical discount is applied to our maintenance services and aftercare. Aftercare & maintenance lasts for one year from the start of the project. If the project has a long development time, (typically greater than 2 months) it has been the practice of LFIBP to start the maintenace and aftercare time when the project is deployed.

All maintenance includes one site re-design after 10 months of deployment.

The discounted rate is assed at 50% of the current base LFIBP hourly rate.

We track the hours used during the year to asess your need along with other upcoming projects that you may have. This provides value to the fees you pay us and helps us assign a designer that will be there for you!
